Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods
Customers of our e-shop can utilize the following payment methods:
a) Card Payment:
- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card payments are processed online through a secure payment gateway.
b) Bank Transfer:
- Customers can make a payment via bank transfer to our bank account. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment into our account.
2. Payment Deadlines
a) Card Payment:
- Card payments are processed immediately upon completing the order.
b) Bank Transfer:
- Bank transfers must be made within 5 business days from order confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Order Cancellation
- Customers have the right to cancel an order only before it is confirmed.
